Other Costs and Fees
This fee will be waived for accounts that meet one or more of the following criteria:
1- Accounts with a total balance of $500,000 or more, or
2- Accounts that are part of an economic group with a combined balance of $500,000 or more.
An economic group is defined as a collection of accounts linked by:
Ownership by related parties (e.g., family members or entities under common control), or Similar economic interests (e.g., accounts associated with the same trust, business entity, or investment purpose). BTG has full discretion when determining an economic group.
The balance will be observed on the last business day of the quarter.
Investors are advised that the Firm's minimum fee may result in a commission that exceeds the percentages listed in the standard fee schedule. You should be aware that transactions with lower notional amounts and/or share volumes are more likely to exceed the percentages in the standard fee schedule when the Firm's minimum commission is applied.

Fees are set by standard fee schedules, however, they are negotiable. BTG Pactual Capital LLC will reduce a front-end sales load on mutual fund purchases in certain circumstances such as the size of the investment, relationship and/or preexisting relationship with an entity that refers business to the Firm.
